“There’s no place like Bradford. Once you’re here, you never want to go anywhere else.” A script in hand reading of a new work in progress by Sudha Bhuchar, Artist in Residence with Bradford 2025 and Theatre in the Mill.
This emerging work features interwoven testimony and fiction, performed by a cast of five, including Peter Singh, Madiha Ansari, and Sudha Bhuchar herself, followed by an informal Q&A and opportunity to share feedback. The performance will last approximately one hour.
Sudha was recently honoured with the 2025 Sophiya Haque Award at the Asians in Media Awards for her outstanding contribution to television, film, and theatre.
